This music video is highly redundant. The device of "streaking" through the streets is fairly common, as is the typical blurry box covering "rude bits". Another redundant feature is the use of objects to cover the gentialia, along with items like a magnifying glass to look at a penis.
The other side of the music video, the shots of the band playing. The quick pans between members is a redundant film technique used throughout many videos to give each member some screen time.
The way the band members run through various tv channels is again a redundant feature.
A less redundant, but hardly entropic feature is the way the lead female is portrayed. While she is seen with an open shirt, the camera does nothing to suggest she is an item of sexual desire.
However, the video could be perceived with a sense of irony, in which case, it could be fairly entropic, in parts.
